Hello & welcome to my home on the web.  For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Tim Peters, and I am based in Toronto, Canada.

I am currently the CEO of a small not for profit charity, and I also work for a technology & outsourcing firm that services the [dot] com space. I therefore take a great interest in developments in the charitable landscape as well as new trends in technology, e-commerce, call centers and outsourcing. I am an avid blogger and I hope this site will become a home for discussion on all of the above topics, and occasionally my personal opinions on the news of the day.
